| Research Abstract |
EUの公共政策とリスク・マネジメントの事例として、気候変動など地球環境に関わるリスク、国境を越える感染症のリスク制御等については、2008年9月日本公益学会他で報告し、2009年4月に福田耕治編『EUとグローバル・ガバナンス』(早稲田大学出版部)を刊行した。またEU高齢社会のリスクおよびEUによる国際テロリズムへの法的規制、タバコ規制とリスク・マネジメントのあり方は、福田耕治編『EU・欧州統合研究』(成文堂)2009年7月刊行される予定である。
