Research Abstract

経済モデルの予測計算結果の信頼性、とくに代替的政策に対する便益評価の信頼性を損なう元凶を、消費者の効用関数における非線形性としてとらえ、その非線形性がどのような問題をもたらすのかを明らかにした。支払い用意による便益評価がパレート原理(全員一致ルール)を満たすことの必要十分条件は効用関数の準線形性であることを証明し、補償要求による便益評価が平等性原理(匿名ルール)を満たすことの必要十分条件は効用関数の一様分離可能性であることを証明した。
