Research Abstract

貿易における「多様性」が発揮された場合、得られる経済上の厚生は大きい。ただし金融面では、政策面の脆弱性に関する「多様性」はマイナスの要因である。APECへの具体的な政策提言として、第一に産業面の製品の多様化・差別化をさらに推進する貿易自由化・円滑化の推進、第二に分散力としての農業および関連分野の活用可能性の新たな検討、そして第三に、政治経済的な安定化のための政策対話の継続を挙げたい。これらを踏まえたAPECでの協力体制の維持強化が肝要である。
