Research Abstract

21世紀に入り、世界各国で知的・産業クラスター政策が推し進められた。大学から民間への技術移転促進と地域活性化政策とが一体となって、アジアでは日本やシンガポールで実施された。日本においては企業の技術開発の自前主義が依然強い一方、基礎・応用研究については海外を含めて幅広くネットワークを形成しているため、狭い地理的空間内である特定の大学を中心に据えた知的・産業クラスター政策は産業発展のためには逆効果となる可能性が明らかとなった。
