| Research Abstract |
21世紀に成功を収めている日本中堅企業の経営戦略について、経営者への聴き取り調査を実施し、有意義な知見を得ることができた。これらの企業は、従来から考えられていたように、独自の技術優位、積極的な海外進出、人的資源開発の努力などを実施していた。他方で、他社との違いを打ち出すために、矛盾する経営課題の克服を通じて、独自性を打ち出す努力を行っていることも判明した。
