| Research Abstract |
本研究を通じて提携を活用した組織変革プロセスを明らかにした。提携がいかなる影響を組織変革に及ぼすのかについて、理論的・実証的にあきらかにした。従来の組織変革モデルとは異なり、提携相手をふくむ他組織との提携を組み込んだ新しい組織変革モデルを提示した。
提携への参加組織のコミットメントの程度に即した提携の分類を行い、分類ごとの組織変革の段階(認知・導入・定着)への提携相手の影響をケースの深い考察をつうじて明らかにした。
