Research Abstract |
Development of Eurasia markets involves not only industrial but also service sectors. Advancement of the service industry made people's values, life and their society to change enormously. Multinationals as well as local companies try to transfer knowledge not only within their internal managerial resources but also using various networks out of their organizations. But high-level organizational learning is indispensable for them to utilize new managerial resources and to make competitive advantages. They implement their own steady activities. The next research is to explore characteristic and extreme cases of those businesses paying attention to their management processes.
