Research Abstract |
Diverse career orientations (Managerial, Technical, Service, Autonomy, etc.) of knowledge workers are found in interview research and survey research. And the relationships of career orientations and their learning, human networks, turnovers, performances are analyzed. From the result of analysis, some important factors of knowledge workers' Human Resource Management are shown.
