| Research Abstract |
今日の企業横断的労働組合の組織化に当たっては,横断的労働市場の存否という客観的要因にその根拠を求める従来の説よりも,労働者の団結をどのように捉えるかという主体的要因のほうがヨリ大きく影響していると考えられる。また,ホワイトカラーの右肩上がりの賃金プロファイルは欧米諸国に多く観察されるが,その際,同一(価値)労働同一賃金論と右肩上がりの賃金プロファイルとが対立するという理解は日本に独特のものであることが示唆された
