Research Abstract

初年度は大阪京都を中心とするセルフヘルプグループ(以下SHG)の名簿を作成し、それを元に研究2年目に京都においてセルフヘルプグループ支援センターを立ち上げ、情報提供とSHGの交流の場を設定できたこと、さらにSHGの運営・支援の一助ともなった。
SHGのリーダーとのインタビュー調査から、運営上の困難さや後継者育成上の課題およびSHGによる医療費軽減の効果、専門職の関わり方について検討した。
また、社会福祉士にアンケート調査を実施して、その周知度をみた。
