| Research Abstract |
研究成果の概要:フィリピン人介護・看護学生やインドネシア人介護福祉士候補者の調査から、外国人介護士はEPAにおける日本での就労に対して高いケア技術の習得を期待し、日本語や人間関係を心配していることが分かった。在日フィリピン人介護士の調査からは、日本語の記録や日本人介護士との関係が困難であることが判明した。上記から外国人介護士が日本人介護士と協働するための教育研修プログラムとして、介護現場における異文化コミュニケーションの教育が重要であることが分かった。
