| Research Abstract |
This study aims to identify the relationship between Mayor and superintendent at municipal level educational administration, through the case study about the administration which have original educational policies and the nation-wide questionnaire to school principals, school board superintendents and Mayors.
From the analysis I got the findings that the original policies are implemented by strong leadership of Mayors, and that Mayors are strong interest on the educational administration and most of Mayors' commitment level and collaboration level is rather high.
