| Research Abstract |
現在ドイツでは、EU統合に伴う大規模な大学改革が進行中であり、教師教育もそれに連動している。学士・修士課程の設置に伴い、教員は基本的に修士号を取得することになるが、同時に伝統的な試補制度も継続している。近年「教員養成スタンダード」が作成され、教員に求められる資質・能力(コンピテンス)が明確化されている。また現職教員に対する研修制度も強化されつつある。しかし教員評価制度については大きな変化は見られず、また教員評価と給与等の待遇とを連動させようとする動句も顕著ではない。
