| Research Abstract |
1970年代末から長期滞在する外国人, いわゆるニューカマーに関わる教育問題において, 今日最も注目されている「不就学」問題において, その実態が少数に止められている地域(神奈川県大和市)での調査を通して, そのような実態が生み出されている背景として, 外国人受け入れの歴史的文脈と自治体政策, そして, それらを背景とした小中学校の国際教室の多様性を明らかにした。
