Research Abstract |
The main purpose of this study is to analyze the curriculum on career life management education in the "Vie sociale et professionnelle" in France. The main results are as follows. (1) Features of the career life management education in the "Vie sociale et professionnelle" is that it starts from "vocational education system", "labor law and labor contracts" and other knowledge necessary in employment preparation phase. (2) Also to solve various problems and to prevent the risk in career life, sophisticated and systematic knowledge and practical information such as "on the employment and labor rights and obligations", "risks, occupational accidents", center as well. As a life career design education, Japan also possible to achieve work-life balance, home economics and core systematic curriculum development is desirable.
