Research Abstract

グラフェンが示す通常の2次元電子系とは異なったさまざまな量子輸送現象について理論的な予言を行うことを目的として研究を行った.トポロジカル異常による反磁性帯磁率の特異性を解明するため,不規則性の効果と多層グラフェンへの拡張,空間変動磁場への拡張を行った.弱磁場でのホール効果,弱局在効果と磁気抵抗の理論を完成させた.2層グラフェンについて,光学フォノンのフェルミ準位による変化,磁気フォノン共鳴,ゲート電界効果の重要性を明らかにし,層間電荷移動に伴う光吸収スペクトルを予言した.これらの予言は最近の実験でも確かめられ始めている.
