| Research Abstract |
当研究は、動力学回折効果によって結晶の実質的な吸収係数を平均の吸収係数より著しく小さくなる現象を用い、薄い平行平板結晶をX線ウエーブガイドとして機能させることにある。Ge及びSiの220反射を用い、これら結晶がウエーブガイドとして機能することを確認した。また、この出力ビームにおいて得られる干渉縞を観測し、この干渉縞の生じる原因を追究してウエーブガイド内を伝播する屈折波の経路を明らかにすることができ、このウエーブガイドが多重ブッラグ・ラウエ(BB^mL)型干渉計として活用できることを明らかにした。
