Research Abstract

ボロンドープダイヤモンドの超伝導電子状態を明らかにするために, 極低温(T〓0.35 K)で走査トンネル顕微鏡/分光(STM/STS)測定を行った. STM測定の結果, (111)配向ボロンドープダイヤモンド薄膜の表面原子層がC(111)1×1 : H構造を持つことを明らかにした. また, STS測定の結果, 超伝導エネルギーギャップとその空間変化を明らかにし, 磁場中の測定から渦糸状態の直接観測に成功した.
