Research Abstract

銅酸化物高温伝導体固有ジョセフソン接合系で観測される巨視的量子効果に対する理論的研究を行った。本研究では、主としてBi系高温超伝導体のc軸輸送で観測される低温での量子論的スイッチング現象に対する多重接合効果が考察された。研究成果として、接合間のキャパシティブ結合により量子トンネル効果が顕著に増大すること、及び、ユニバーサルスイッチングにおける脱出率の異常増大の機構を明らかにしたこと等である。以上の結果は、最近の実験結果と定量的に良い一致を示すものである。
