| Research Abstract |
1. 興奮性ダイナミクスは自然界で幅広く観察される振る舞いである. 特に, 神経系における電気刺激の伝達や心筋収縮などの生物機能の重要な役割を担う性質である. 特にリエントラント波は心筋細動の起源の一つであると考えられている. 本研究では興奮場結合系で自発形成されるパルス・ダイナミクスの数値解析を徹底的に行い, その分岐構造を解明した. 具体的には一次元FitzHugh-Nagumo 方程式を側方結合したモデルにより数値実験・分岐解析を行い, リエントラント波の生成起源がパルス同期解のサドル分岐に起因している事を明らかにし, 大域分岐図を求めた. これらの研究は"ifurcation analysis ofsolitary pulse, synchronized pulses and reentrant waves in laterally coupled excitable fibers", Physical Review E, 78, p. 05628-056039(2008)等に学術雑誌に掲載された.
