Research Abstract

2kW,2.45GHzのマイクロ波により、セラミック板上に設置した2/λ長のロッドアンテナを利用してプラズマの点火、加熱を行い、500cm3程度の大気圧体積プラズを生成した。窒素プラズマの分光計測を行い窒素分子の回転温度を求め、ガス温度が3000-4000度Kに達することが確かめられた。また微粒子の帯電と電場による加速方法を考案し、実験で微粒子が大気圧プラズマに高速で投入され反応させる予備実験にも成功した
