Research Abstract

オリゴチオフェンにピロールを挿入した化合物を新たに設計・合成し、その半導体特性についての評価を行い、良好なp型の有機トランジスターとして機能することを明らかにした。さらに、その移動度が分子対称性の違いに起因するパッキングのしやすさに依存することを示した。一方、pドープ状態モデルとして、ジカチオン種の電子構造を系統的に調査したところ、5員環が8個以上に伸ばした時に、ジラジカル性が発現することを実証した
