Research Abstract

本研究では, 溶媒抽出法に基づく分離分析法からの脱却と擬均一系水系溶媒での二相間分配反応を伴う分離分析を指向し, 疎水性イオンのミセル抽出現象に関する研究を進めた. 対象とする疎水性物質として, 一連の物質が揃った陰イオンであることから8種類のダンシルアミノ酸類を, また, 陽イオン性物質として一連のアルキルピリジニウム, アルキルイミダゾリウムを用いた. ポリエーテル系の非イオン界面活性剤ミセルに対して, 陽イオンよりも陰イオンを強く結合する結果が得られた.
