Research Abstract

第2級の光学活性アリルアルコールのピコリン酸エステルと有機銅試薬とのアリル化反応を検討した。まず,RMgBr(R=Bu,Ph)とCuBr・Me_2Sから1:1,2:1,あるいは3:1の比率で調製した有機銅試薬との反応を検討したところ,いずれの試薬もanti S_N2'形式で高選択的に反応した。その後,RLiから調製した銅試薬もMgBr_2存在下で高効率的に反応した。これにより,反応に使える有機銅試薬の範囲を広げる事ができた。例えば,立体的に混んでいるアリール基,求核性の劣るフランやチオフェン,シスオレフィンからなる有機銅試薬。同様にして,イミダゾールアニオンも反応した。ピコリン酸脱離基は強力であり,アセチレン銅試薬を反応させる事にも初めて成功した。キラルな4級炭素の構築にも有効であった。また,応用研究として,植物エストロゲンとして注目されているイソフラバンとLoxoprofenのヒト体内代謝産物の合成を行い,効率的な合成法を見いだした。
