Research Abstract

医薬、農薬、香料などのバイオファインケミカルズの環境調和型不斉合成を行なうために、生体触媒、有機分子触媒、金属錯体触媒を同時あるいは連続的に使用して基質の連結反応を行なうことを目的として検討を行なった。その結果、有機分子触媒と生体触媒のタンデム的ワンポット合成が可能であることが明らかとなり、高機能分子の効率的な構築を達成した。
