Research Abstract

本研究課題では、本研究者らが見出したCp*イリジウム錯体の水素移動反応における高い触媒活性を活用して、アンモニウム塩等を用いる低環境負荷型アミン合成触媒系の開発に取り組んだ。その結果、酢酸アンモニウム及びテトラフルオロホウ酸アンモニウムを窒素源とする第二級及び第三級アミンの選択的無溶媒合成触媒系の開発に成功した。また本触媒反応を10mmol 程度の比較的大きなスケールでの合成に発展させた。さらに、アンモニウム塩とジオールとの反応による含窒素複素環合成や、アンモニア等価体であるカルバミン酸エステルのアルキル化による第一級アミンの選択的合成も達成した。
