| Research Abstract |
バイオポリエステルと分解菌の相互作用を解析するために,培養槽と水晶発振子マイクロバランス(QCM)を組み合わせた循環システムを開発したが,気泡の混入と培地の吸着のために安定的なデータを得ることは困難であった.また,分解菌モデルとして菌表面に分解酵素を発現させた大腸菌を調製してバイオポリエステルとの相互作用を解析したところ,菌吸着によるフィルム重量の増加とフィルム表面の粘弾性変化を同時観測することに成功した.
