Research Abstract

突起が規則配列したSiC製のモールドを用いたダイレクトナノインプリント, 或いは規則細孔配列を有する陽極酸化ポーラスアルミナをマスクとしたドライエッチングによりSi表面に規則的な窪み配列を形成し, これを電解エッチングすることにより高密度高規則配列のナノポーラスシリコンを形成した. これを電極としてリチウムイオンに基づく充放電特性を測定したところ, 細孔周期200nmに対して, 100nmでは充放電の繰り返しによる細孔径状の歪みが抑えられることがわかった.
