Research Abstract

1,3-シクロヘキサジエン(1,3-CHD)のアニオン重合によって、ポリ(1,3-CHD)(PCHD)を合成し、次いで脱水素化して可溶性ポリ(p-フェニレン)(PPP)を得た。電子、正孔移動度は、共に10^(-4)cm^2/Vsceオーダーであり、n-型、p-型どちらの半導体にもなることが分かった。可溶性PPPを電子供与体、フラーレン-C_(60)(C_(60))を電子受容体とする有機薄膜デバイスは、光電変換素子としての特性を示した。更に、末端への官能基の導入およびブロック共重合を行なった。
