Research Abstract

Fe-Si系半導体/強磁性体における磁化層間結合の圧力印加による効果を調べた。すなわちFe3Si/FeSi2超格子積層膜を炸裂し圧力印加下で室温において電気抵抗の変化を測定した。強磁性結合膜と反強磁性結合膜を比較した場合、反強磁性結合膜の方が抵抗変化率が大きい結果が得られた。このことが磁気層間結合に対してどのように関与しているかは、まだ不明である。また、圧力印加時に対して離散的なとびを持つ抵抗変化が観測された。
