Research Abstract

電界放出素子の特性ゆらぎの要因解析のために、電子放出その場特性評価装置の開発を行った.高速A/D変換ボードとCCDカメラをPCに接続し、実験装置とのインターフェースの開発を行った.電流と電圧の値をアナログ回路で一旦解析しやすい数値に変換する方法と直接PCに記録してソフトで解析する方法を検討し、それぞれの長所、短所を明らかにした.また、CCDカメラに記録した電界放射顕微鏡像と電流変動を対応付づけた.
