Research Abstract

本研究では, 通常の縦波に代えてSH波を利用したTOFD法によるき裂寸法測定の実現を目的として, SH波線集束探触子を開発した.探触子を試作してTOFD法に適用した結果, 直接到達波およびき裂先端回折波が確認され,TOFD法に適用可能であることを確認した.なお,探触子の感度が低く, 縦波線集束探触子と比較してき裂寸法測定の高精度化には至らなかったため, 改善策として放物線型のSH波線集束探触子を考案した.
