Research Abstract

本研究では, MEMSやマイクロSAW共振子が振動する際の熱と弾性変形の連成振動エネルギーの減衰特性を数値計算により明らかにした.1次元の振動状態を想定してモデルに対して選点法と有限要素法により周波数応答を解析した.その結果, 熱の連成を考慮しない場合と比べて共振峰のピークが右側にずれることが分かった.また, その理由を微分方程式に戻り理論的に説明した.また, Q値が最小になる物体サイズが存在することが分かった.
