Research Abstract

本研究では, DNAを用いたボトムアップ型微小構造物の作製において重要となる環状一本鎖DNAの作製過程において, Precursor DNAとTemplate DNAの塩基長が, 最終的な構造に及ぼす影響を明らかにした. 同一のPrec.DNAに対しては, 長いTemp.DNAを用いることで, 直列の多量体環が産生されることが示され, 適切な一本鎖DNAの長さと組み合わせの選択により, 単量体環と多量体環の産生比率を制御できる可能性を示した.
