Research Abstract

本研究では異種高分子材料を直接接合するために、従来の接合方法と全く異なる中間層を挿入する新しい超音波接合方法を提案し、その新しいアイデアに基ついて、超音波接合装置を開発した。その装置を用いて様々な接合条件下で接合を行い、その有効性を確認した。また、異種高分子材料の接合を行い、接合体の界面構造、溶着強度に及ぼす接合条件の影響を検討し、高い接合強度が得られる最適な接合条件を明らかにした。
