Research Abstract

超音波非破壊検査ロボットに組み込まれるLモード型、Tモード型超音波センサの内、特に低感度であったTモード型を高感度化させた。次にT、Lモードセンサを組み込んだ非破壊検査ロボットで得た、疵による距離減衰係数と信号強度から各種疵の種類と大きさを判定するロジックを提案することができた。また非線形評価指数の信頼度が向上し、疲労試験片の疲労度(余寿命)を特定できる非線形評価指数の増加現象を検出できた。
