| Research Abstract |
プラスチック射出成形加工では, 高品質・高精度が求められている. そこで, CAEによる解析が多く行われているが,解析結果を検証することが難しい.本研究では,アレー型超音波センサーとトレーサを利用した樹脂内部の温度分布測定方法について検討した. 具体的には, 樹脂内部に混入されているガラス繊維などのトレーサ間の音速をその距離と時間間隔から算出し, 温度-音速の関係から, 温度分布を求める方法について検討した. その結果, アレー型超音波センサーを使って金型内樹脂の温度分布を測定できることを明らかとした. また, 温度分布や固化層の発達挙動(冷却挙動)に, 金型表面と流動する樹脂間で発生するせん断発熱が影響することを示した.
