Research Abstract |
単結晶ダイヤモンド工具を用いて炭素綱,チタン合金,ステンレス鋼,ニッケル合金の断続切削実験を行い,工具刃先温度を測定した.温度測定には赤外線放射2色温度計を使用した.実験は連続切削と断続切削で実験を行った.切込み100μmにおけるステンレス鋼,炭素綱は約450℃,チタン合金,ニッケル合金に対しては約550℃であった.切削条痕と切りくずの観察を行い被削材が切削特性に及ぼす影響を調べた.
