Research Abstract

安定な状態にてマイクロ放電加工を行うためには, 切りくずの排出を的確に行い, 短絡を防止することが必要である. このため, 本研究では加工中に工具電極を圧電素子により振動させることにより, 短絡を防止し, 加工時間の飛躍的な短縮を達成した. また, 放電パルス数カウントによる新しいモニタリング手法を開発し, 放電パルス数と全放電加工エネルギーが金属除去量ならびに工具電極消耗量と良い相関を示すことを確認した.
