Research Abstract

表面機能を制御するために, 微細構造を有する固体表面の機械加工法を提案した. この工程では, 集束イオンビームによるストラクチャ工具製作, インクリメンタルスタンピングによる微細構造を有する金型製作, プラスチック成形による微細構造の転写で構成されている.この工程により表面の微細構造を任意に加工し, 微細構造が液体のぬれ性や物質の付着性に及ぼす影響を明らかにし, 提案した加工法により表面機能が制御できることを示した.
