| Research Abstract |
本研究では, 摩擦を利用した駆動機構として, 接触する二面間に接線力を作用させたときの微小変位特性を利用して, ナノメータオーダの分解能をもつ位置決め機構について検討を行った. その結果, 種々の表面粗さを有する二面間の繰返し微小変位特性を用いた精密送りを分解能1nmで実現できる可能性が得られた.
