Research Abstract

真実接触部の可視化可能な光学系を構築し, 摩擦力との同時測定可能な回転型試験機を開発して, 以下の結果を得た.(1) 液晶使用時の非流体潤滑下で摩擦に及ぼす印加電圧の影響を確認した.(2) 潤滑下において,サファイヤ板と高輝度LED照明の使用によって真実接触部を明瞭に確認できた. また, 往復動摩擦試験機によって,(3) 無潤滑摺動下の粗面ゴム試験片のPIV(粒子画像流速測定法)解析を行い, 真実接触点の固着率を測定した.
