Research Abstract

乾燥麹を水に培養して水溶液を作り, 層流から乱流域に亘る円管内の圧力損失を実験的に測定し, 初めて、36℃で24時間培養した供試水液が乱流域で最大約30%の抵抗減少効果を生ずること明らかにした. さらに、その抵抗減少効果の特性及び希釈濃度と抵抗減少率の関係を明らかにした。
