| Research Abstract |
凍結濃縮法において, 生成する氷に一定の結晶軸を持たせることにより, 固液界面と結晶軸との関係により不純物の取り込み率にどのような違いが生じるかを実験的に明らかにし, 最も除去性能の良い製氷方法を提案することを目的とした. その結果, 単結晶氷のc軸を法線方向に持つ面から成長させると, 取り込み濃度が2桁ほど近く小さくなることを発見し, そのメカニズムについて明らかにした. さらに, その中でもフラジルアイスからスタートさせる方法が一番取り込み量の少ない方法であることを示した.
