Research Abstract	食品の凍結濃縮や汚泥の凍結処理を対象として、固体分散質(固体粒子)が微細になりコロイドとしての特徴が生じる場合について、凝固にともなう固体分散質の捕捉・掃き出し現象を取り扱った。粒子表面に陽イオンを吸着する特性を有するベントナイト粒子を試料として、イオン交換を含む場合の凝固にともなう固体分散質の捕捉・掃き出し現象を明らかにするとともに、高周波電界の付与によるコロイドの凝集および分散現象の基礎的な取り扱いを検討した。
