Research Abstract	空気や水など流体の温度分布を, 安全かつ手軽に可視化できる実用性の高い計測技術が求められている。高出カレーザや超音波を利用する既存技術は, 装置規模が大きく高価であり, また安全性や簡便さの点からも適用範囲が極めて限定される。本研究では, 「細線温度センサの応答特性解析理論」と「適応応答補償」という筆者らが長年培ってきた独自技術を基礎として, 簡便で安全かつ安価な流体温度場のイメージング技術を開発した。
