Research Abstract

本研究では,これまでに開発した上肢多自由度運動支援用外骨格型ロボットを統合することにより,肩関節3自由度,肘関節1自由度,前腕1自由度,手首2自由度の合計7自由度の運動を支援する高い外骨格型ロボットを開発した.本ロボットでは,安全性について十分配慮し,安全な可動範囲以外は動かないような構造にした.
一方,ロボット使用者(装着者)の動作意思通りのパワーアシストを実現させるため,複数個所の筋電信号を用いて使用者の上肢運動を生成するカベクトルを推定するアルゴリズムを提案した.また,パワーアシストを行う際に,カメラや超音波センサー等の情報を基に使用者(ロボット装着者)の環境とのインタラクションをモニターし,使用者の動作に問題や危険性が見られる場合には本来行うべき動作に補正したり,危険を回避する動作に補正したりする「認知アシスト付パワーアシスト」を実現させるためのアルゴリズムを提案し,有効性を実験により確認した.キーワード:知能ロボティクス,機械力学・制御
