Research Abstract |
大気圧放電プラズマ診断を実現するため, 分光計測システムおよび大気圧質量分析(APMS : Atmospheric Pressure Mass Spectrometry)システムを構築し, それらを用いてVOC(Volatile Organic Compounds : 揮発性有機物)分解時の大気圧コロナ放電を診断した。また, その他のプラズマ診断法も併用し, 分光計測およびAPMS診断の確認を行った.
