Research Abstract

本研究では, 高温超伝導体中を流れる遮蔽電流密度の時間発展を解析する高速・高精度数値シミュレーション・コードを開発し, 臨界電流密度の非接触・無侵襲測定である誘導法と永久磁石法を同コードによって数値的に再現することに成功した.その際, 数値シミュレーションを高精度化する目的で, 特異積分の評価方法として2重指数関数型積分公式と正則化積分公式を採用した.その結果, 数十nmの厚みをもつ超伝導薄膜を流れる遮蔽電流密度を高精度に計算することが可能となった.
