Research Abstract

気体放電を用いたEUV光源の効果的なデブリシールド法として, 超音速ノズルおよびディフューザから構成される超音速ガス流方式を提案し, その有用性を実験的に検証することを目的として研究を実施した.真空環境下での安定した超音速流の発生法と, ディフューザによる効率的なガス回収法を検討するために, レーザ誘起蛍光法によりカーテン流の可視化計測を実施した.また, レーザトリガ型放電電極の基礎実験を実施した.
